Teachers' Blog Teachers' Blog

Linked with the webinars organised for the project teachers, this blog will display teachers thoughts, plans, ideas and experience with tablets in classroom. After each webinar, the teachers will write a reflective post on the given topic. Along the course of the project, this blog will provide an interesting insight into day to day teaching with tablets.

Blog 4. Working with others_Lithuania

Something we have tried...
(a particular activity and how it worked)

Something we would like to try…

1. Students working with each other in the classroom

We divided the students according to the learning styles i.e. Activists, Theorists, Reflections and Practitioners to perform similar learning activities in the groups.

Students will get more freedom for their self regulated learning by using Web 2.0 tools

2. Engaging with Parents

 We didn’t involve parents directly.

We will involve parents via VLE Edmodo, Classdojo and Tamo e-diary.

3. Another school

We used our Lithuanian project website:

We will additionally organize two days PDW.

4. A business

We closely collaborate with Apple representatives in Lithuania.

We will use Display Note, ClassFlow from Promethean, and CorinthB.
